C J M MacKenzie M.B.E

Jock is joint Managing Director of Marlix International BV and is based in Central Europe. Practicing as a strategic investment advisor in the region, he has extensive experience in managing large scale investment in the consumer sector, the sector supply chain, retailing and the shopping centre development market place.

David McCall

David is joint Managing Director of Marlix International BV and has accumulated 15 years of operational experience in the Hungarian waste management sector. He has been responsible for landfill development and operations, municipal and industrial waste collection and hauling services in Hungary. He was also Development Director of the largest Hungarian recycling company.

Steve Jones

Steve runs the Marlix Administration as manager. He is also responsible for market research, market reporting, operational logistics, financial planning and information provision. For 10 years he was Chairman of the link between St Albans in the UK and Nyíregyháza in Hungary and was responsible for the rapid expansion of the link into the educational and business spheres. In his spare time, Steve is General Secretary of the Robert Burns International Foundation, based in Budapest. www.rbif.org

Ukraine Team

Konstantin Podolskiy

Konstantin served in the military at various command posts on the border with China, Iran, Afghanistan, Slovakia and Hungary before serving in security in the Embassy of the USSR in Washington, USA. He left the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 1993 with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He spent four years in the National Institute of Strategic Research of the President of the Ukraine as an expert on countering illegal migration and illicit activity on the Ukraine’s borders.

Heorhiy Dynys

Heorhiy was in the Cabinet of the Ministry of Ukraine from 2005 to 2006 as an adviser to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Ukraine. He was Adviser to the Committee of Advisers of the Council of Europe relating to Trans-Frontier Co-operation in Central and Eastern Europe. He was Legal adviser to the Transkarpathian regional government where he participated in the setting up of the “Free Economic Zone Zakarpatye”. He is recognised as an International Legal Expert at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Ukraine.
